Bus Pass Dance Class   

Open level, this class offers options to be seated or stand. Amber will encourage a range of movement towards the goal of enjoying the exploration of our own space.

Ballet Fitness         ​​​   

Open level, strengthen your body with movement and exercises derived from ballet technique.

Short Relaxation

A short guided relaxation which takes place via Instagram each Friday evening, giving the opportunity to relax and reset for the weekend.
